FAQ

Questions worth asking
before we get started

Hiring someone to build a website or software product comes with a lot of unknowns. Here’s what to expect when you talk to us—and what we’ll need to give you a useful answer.
What services do you offer?
We help businesses build and improve websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software, including POS solutions. We also offer SEO, digital marketing, design and content support. You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve—or what isn’t working right now—and we’ll help you work out where to start.
Start with a message about your idea or problem. If you already have a website, share the link. If you have example designs, a feature list or a budget range, those help too—but a rough explanation is enough for a first conversation. We’ll ask a few practical questions, discuss possible approaches and work out the scope before talking about a quote or timeline.
Our portfolio includes online stores, business websites and projects in areas such as retail and real estate. We also work on software tools like POS systems. The first thing we look at isn’t your industry label; it’s who will use the product and what they need it to do. If you’re not sure your project fits, send us a short description and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
It depends on what needs to be built. A straightforward company website is very different from a store with custom integrations or a full software product. Design revisions, content, third-party tools and feedback can all affect the schedule. Once we understand the requirements, we can break the work into milestones and discuss a realistic delivery plan. We’d rather clarify that early than promise a date we can’t support.
